Domaine Viticole
Between the gates of Lyon and Chablis, Puligny-Montrachet, a small Burgundian village, produces some of the most renowned white wines in the world.
It is here that the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir like to be the ambassadors of our Domaine.
Thanks to the complexity of the clay-limestone subsoil, the different orientations of the hillsides and the microclimates, we produce wines with very different characters.

HISTORICAL
1990
The exploitation represents 19 ares 79, the wines are elaborated according to traditional methods of vinification, while using modern equipment.
1993
The Bienvenue Bâtard Montrachet comes to support our range of wines
2003
Creation of the Earl Domaine Guillemard-Clerc.
2005
Acquisition of a pneumatic press
2009
Involvement of our customers in the life of the Estate through our annual competition “La Rue aux Vaches”.
2012
The Jacquet harvesting machine makes its first rounds on the farm.
1991
Acquisition of the Beaune 1er Cru vineyard “Clos des Coucherias”
1999
Construction of a new vat room which allows us to work more rationally and to invest in new stainless steel equipment.
2004
The Estate doubles its surface area to around 5 ha.
2007
The Estate extends over 8.5 ha – Extension of storage buildings and tractor garages.
2011
Acquisition of a parcel of Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Folatières”.
2023
Extension of wine-growing buildings.
CULTURAL METHOD
The vines are cultivated with respect for the environment. They are plowed at least once a year so that the rainwater goes well into the ground so as not to promote erosion. Phytosanitary treatments are carried out according to the so-called reasoned control method; that is to say that phytosanitary products are used only when necessary and according to the pressure index, which preserves the fauna and flora, preserves the water table and reduces the carbon footprint as much as possible. Our Estate is HVE (High Environmental Value) certified.
